A long vehicle does not fit a booth designed for a car
A booth sized for the truck, not the car.
A truck workshop faces a simple, expensive problem: the vehicle does not fit. A standard automotive envelope stops a truck, a trailer or an RV at the door, turning refinishing into outsourced work with long downtime.
Operational challenges
What stalls production in this sector
Three challenges govern this sector.

Size is the first obstacle, not the last
Trucks, trailers and RVs exceed the automotive length and height envelope. Any fit-out that starts from an off-the-shelf model hits this before it ever reaches air and heat specifications.
Internal space is measured by manoeuvring, not by area
A long vehicle needs an approach, an exit and a turning radius. A workshop with enough area on paper may still be unable to physically get the vehicle into position.
Coating covers large areas over a longer cycle
A truck’s surface is a multiple of a car’s, and spraying and curing times lengthen accordingly. Air capacity and heat curve are calculated for that volume, not for an automotive average.
Our approach
How each challenge is addressed
At the level of approach and configuration — before any product is named.
We start from the longest and tallest vehicle. We take the largest vehicle you take in — with its trailer if there is one — and build the chamber and openings around it, within a build range reaching 24,000 mm long and 6,000 mm high.
The door is part of the design, not an accessory to it. On large builds the main door reaches 14,200 × 5,000 mm and is electrically operated, because a door that size cannot be handled manually in a daily operating cycle.
Air capacity is calculated from chamber volume, not vehicle type. The larger the chamber, the more airflow and heat it needs. The published build range extends to 190,000 m³/h and 600,000 kcal/h, with the final figure set by your dimensions.

What actually changes for this sector
Configuration — not product identity — is the real difference between sectors.
| Item | Range / value | Why it changes for this sector |
|---|---|---|
| Chamber length | Delivered range 3,000–24,000 mm | A truck with its trailer exceeds the automotive envelope, and length is the first number that stops an off-the-shelf model at the door. |
| Chamber height | Delivered range 2,650–6,000 mm | RVs and high-cab trucks need clear height above the vehicle roof for both spraying and ventilation. |
| Main door size | Up to 14,200 × 5,000 mm, electrically operated on large builds | A door this size cannot be handled manually in daily operation, so electric actuation becomes a specification line rather than an option. |
| Air capacity and heat output | Up to 190,000 m³/h and 600,000 kcal/h on large builds | A truck’s surface is a multiple of a car’s, so the chamber’s airflow and heat demand rise with its volume. |
Regulatory and site considerations
- Ventilation and fire requirements for large spray chambers.
- Disposal of paint and solvent waste under the applicable environmental requirements.
- SASO conformity for imported equipment.
- Requirements differ by city and by where the workshop sits. We meet the regulatory requirements that apply to the project, and the required documents and certificates are provided on request
Frequently asked questions about this sector
Do you have an off-the-shelf truck-sized booth?
Anything beyond the automotive envelope is built to order rather than sold as a stock model. The delivered range reaches 24,000 mm long and 6,000 mm high, and the final size is built around the longest vehicle you take in.
Does the size include the trailer?
It must, if you refinish the truck with its trailer attached. Send the overall length including the trailer rather than the tractor alone, because that figure sets both chamber and door length.
What makes a booth door electrically operated?
Size. On large builds the main door reaches 14,200 × 5,000 mm and cannot be handled manually in a repeated daily cycle, so electric actuation becomes part of the specification.
Do you supply lifts for heavy trucks?
What we actually supply to this sector is paint booths. Truck lifting equipment is supplied from the vehicle lifts and lifting equipment family, configured in capacity and size to the vehicle and the bay height, and we do not list what is not confirmed.
Have a vehicle that will not fit a standard booth?
Send the overall length, width and height of the largest vehicle you take in — trailer included — and we will come back with a chamber and door designed around your dimensions.
