Chassis Pullers & Body Repair Equipment · INTECH CR 500
INTECH CR 500 four-tower chassis puller for body repair
The CR 360 structure — a 5600 mm bench with a measuring ruler and a 360° pulling range — with four hydraulic-controlled towers instead of two, each at 10 t, running on compressed air. Built for the collision centre that pulls the structure from four points at once.
Overview
This model at a glance

Key features

- four hydraulic-controlled pulling towers at 10 t each
- PCB-33 bench, 5600 mm long, with a measuring ruler
- compressed-air operation at 0.6–0.8 MPa
- 360° pulling range around the vehicle
- frame laser-cut from a single 10 mm plate
- clamps suited to cars, trucks and SUVs
- hydraulic tilting lift platform with support legs, 4000 kg capacity
Engineering basis
What makes the difference in daily operation
Pulling from four points at once
Four towers around the bench pull the structure from four points together, keeping the chassis steady during correction and allowing compound damage to be worked in one session instead of moving a tower from one position to another.
Compressed-air operation
The towers run on compressed air at 0.6–0.8 MPa from the workshop air line; for electro-hydraulic operation without compressed air, the model is the INTECH CR 700.

How it differs
How the INTECH CR 500 differs from its nearest model
The INTECH CR 360 is the same structure with two towers instead of four.
The INTECH CR 700 is the same four-tower model on electro-hydraulic operation instead of compressed air.
The 5600×2100×520 mm bench, the 10 t per tower and the 4000 kg lifting capacity are the same on the CR 360, CR 500 and CR 700.

FAQ
Common questions about the INTECH CR 500
How many pulling towers does the INTECH CR 500 have?
Four hydraulic-controlled towers of 10 t each.
Does the CR 500 run on compressed air?
Yes, at 0.6–0.8 MPa. Electro-hydraulic operation without compressed air is what sets the INTECH CR 700 apart.
How does the CR 500 differ from the CR 360?
Only in the number of towers: four here, two on the CR 360. The bench, pulling force and lifting capacity are identical.
What are the CR 500 bench dimensions and weight?
The bench is 5600 mm long, 2100 mm wide and 520 mm high, and the unit weighs 2000 kg.
What electrical supply is needed?
A 220/380 V supply.
