Engineering basis
What makes the difference in daily operation
A mineral-wool wall
The 50 mm ROCKWOOL panels are a fire-resistant mineral material that holds baking heat inside the chamber and damps fan noise into the workshop. That is why this model is also offered to the woodworking and furniture sector alongside the automotive ones.
A base with three rows of grille
Three of the five base rows are grille, a larger floor extraction area than the INTECH X300, so overspray is drawn downward away from the workpiece.

How it differs
How the INTECH X360 differs from its nearest model
The INTECH X300 is the same booth with identical air and power figures, with EPS walls instead of ROCKWOOL and two rows of grille instead of three.
The INTECH X960 carries the same ROCKWOOL wall, but with 25,000+25,000 m³/h of air, 17 kW, PLC touch-screen control and a four-leaf glass main door.
The 6900×4000×2650 mm chamber, the burner, the heat output and the ceiling filtration are the same across all INTECH models.

FAQ
Common questions about the INTECH X360
How does a ROCKWOOL wall differ from an EPS wall?
ROCKWOOL is a fire-resistant mineral wool; EPS is a flame-resistant panel. Both are 50 mm thick, and the difference lies in the material, not in the air or power figures.
What is the air capacity of the INTECH X360 paint booth?
20,000 m³/h from two 3 kW centrifugal supply fans and 18,000 m³/h from a 4 kW exhaust fan, at 600 Pa.
What electrical supply does the INTECH X360 need?
11 kW on a 380 V, 3-phase, 60 Hz supply, the same as the INTECH X300.
Is there a ROCKWOOL model with higher extraction?
Yes. The INTECH X960 combines the ROCKWOOL wall with 25,000+25,000 m³/h and PLC touch-screen control.
How is the INTECH X360 heated?
By a Riello G20 diesel burner rated at 200,000 kcal/h through an argon-arc welded SUS304 exchanger, from 20 °C to 60 °C in 5 to 7 minutes.
