INTECH X500 paint booth: the high-extraction base model
The base model of the higher-extraction class: a 7.5 kW turbine supply fan and a matching exhaust fan deliver 25,000+25,000 m³/h, with a pneumatic damper switching between paint and bake and a full-grille base. Aimed at the workshop running more than one shift or painting larger vehicles.

Engineering basis
What makes the difference in daily operation
Two turbine fans of equal capacity
A supply fan and an exhaust fan of 7.5 kW each move 25,000 m³/h in each direction, at an air speed of 0.28 m/s. Balanced supply and exhaust keep a steady flow from ceiling to grille floor, so overspray leaves the chamber instead of circling over the part.
A pneumatic damper and a filter gauge
The pneumatic damper moves the booth between paint and bake modes, and the pressure gauge in the control box shows when the filters start to load, so a filter is changed when it needs changing rather than on a calendar.

How it differs
How the INTECH X500 differs from its nearest model
Against the INTECH X300 and X360: 25,000+25,000 m³/h and 17 kW here, against 20,000+18,000 m³/h and 11 kW there, plus a pneumatic damper instead of an electric one, a filter pressure gauge and a full-grille base.
The INTECH X700 is the same booth with a four-leaf main door carrying large glass panels instead of the sheet metal door.
The 6900×4000×2650 mm chamber, the burner, the heat output and the ceiling filtration are the same across all INTECH models.

FAQ
Common questions about the INTECH X500
What is the airflow of the INTECH X500 paint booth?
25,000 m³/h of supply air and 25,000 m³/h of exhaust air, from two 7.5 kW turbine fans at 650 Pa.
What does the pneumatic damper on the INTECH X500 do?
It switches the air path between paint and bake modes. The damper is pneumatic on the INTECH X500, X700, X900 and X960, and electric on the INTECH X300 and X360.
What electrical supply does the INTECH X500 need?
17 kW on a 380 V, 3-phase, 60 Hz supply.
How does the INTECH X500 differ from the INTECH X700?
Only in the main door: three-leaf sheet metal here, four-leaf with large glass panels on the INTECH X700. Air, power and control are identical.
How is the INTECH X500 heated?
By a Riello G20 diesel burner rated at 200,000 kcal/h through an argon-arc welded SUS304 exchanger, from 20 °C to 60 °C in 5 to 7 minutes.
