A dedicated channel for equipment requests and technical documents from government entities and institutional projects

Government Procurement Request Centre

From a conditions document to a structured technical request

Upload the conditions document, the bill of quantities, or the equipment list, and send your request to the Industrial Technologies team for technical and commercial review.

Track an existing request

Structured technical document intake

Conditions documents, bills of quantities and specifications arrive in their original format, so they are read as written instead of retyped into an email.

A reference number for every completed request

The reference reaches your inbox the moment the request is sent, and it identifies the request in tracking and in any later correspondence about it.

A stated path you can follow

Six published states a request moves through, and the reference number plus your email address show which one it has reached.

Later clarifications and attachments

An addendum or a specification change is attached to the same request after verification, so it does not start a second thread.

Request form

Send the request and its documents in five steps

Four fields are required: request type, entity, your name, and your work email. Everything else is optional, and each one you complete sharpens the response.

This form works without JavaScript: fill in the five steps and send.

Request type

Choose what describes your request. You can change it before sending.

Entity and requester

Enough for the reply to reach the right person in the right department.

The reference number is sent here, and tracking uses it.
Tender details
Technical requirement

The more precisely the requirement is described, the fewer clarification rounds it takes.

If the family is not settled yet, choose "Not sure".
Write what you know: facility type, intended use, any specification already fixed in the document.
A number or a description — "3 units" and "as per the schedule" are both fine.
Available area, ceiling height, power supply, or any constraint you know of.
Documents

Upload the conditions document, the bill of quantities, the equipment list, or the technical specifications.

How your request is handled

Four stages between a document arriving and a response being prepared

This is the technical and commercial handling of a request inside Industrial Technologies. It does not replace official tendering procedure, and nothing is submitted on your behalf to any government platform.

01

Request and attachments sent

The request arrives with its documents and is filed under one reference, so the conditions document, the bill of quantities and the entity’s details sit in a single record rather than across scattered emails.

02

Technical requirement reviewed

The specification is read clause by clause against the available families and models, to establish what is met as written and what needs configuration or build-to-size manufacture.

03

Clarification raised where needed

Where a clause admits more than one reading, or a dimension or site requirement is missing, the question is raised on the request itself before any figure is built on it.

04

Technical or commercial response prepared

The response is produced in the form asked for — a technical proposal, a quotation, or data and specifications — and sent to the requester’s inbox against the reference number.

The limits of this service

This channel is a means of intake and technical review. Formal bids are not lodged through it on any government tendering platform, and it creates no contractual obligation on either party before a contractual document is signed. The supply and warranty terms published on this site govern any contract that follows.

Track an existing request

Find out where your request stands

Tracking needs the reference number and the email address the request was sent from, then a verification code delivered to that address.

In the form GP-00-XXXXXX, as it appeared in your acknowledgement.

This panel needs JavaScript to display your request status. If it is switched off, write to us with the reference number from the email address linked to the request.

Why a verification code?

A reference number travels through email threads and attachments, so it is not proof on its own. The code shows you control the address the request was filed from.

  1. Request received
  2. Under technical review
  3. Clarification needed
  4. Preparing the response
  5. Response sent
  6. Request closed

Technical catalogue centre

Catalogues and technical data

Published model specifications are available on the product pages in full HTML tables. Anything that needs a separate file is requested through the form above.

No documents published for download yet

Catalogues and technical data are currently sent on request against the specific family and model. Ask for them through the form above under "Request data or catalogues", or read the published model specifications on the product pages.

Institutional documents

What is on the table before a contract

Frequently asked

Questions procurement teams ask

Which document types can be uploaded with a request?

Accepted formats are PDF, XLSX, XLS, DOCX, DOC, ZIP, JPG and PNG — enough to carry a conditions document, a bill of quantities, equipment lists, technical specifications, site drawings and photographs of data plates. Executable files and their relatives are refused on the server, not merely in the browser.

Does a non-disclosure agreement have to be signed before sending request details?

This form does not require an NDA in order to send a request. If your entity’s own rules require one before its documents may be shared, say so in the requirement description before uploading anything, so the appropriate form of agreement can be settled before details are exchanged.

Can a full bill of quantities or conditions document be attached?

Yes — that is what this channel exists for. Send the file in its original format rather than summarising it: a BOQ is read line by line and a conditions document is reviewed against the specifications it fixes, and both shorten the clarification rounds. The limits printed under the upload area are the limits the server actually enforces.

How is a reference number issued?

The reference is issued automatically the moment the submission completes, and appears on screen in the form GP-00-XXXXXX with a copy button. A copy also arrives in an acknowledgement to the work email you entered, so keep that message.

How is a request’s status tracked?

Through the tracking panel on this page: enter the reference number and the email address linked to the request, and a six-digit code valid for ten minutes is sent to that address. Once entered, the panel shows the state the request has reached, the date it last moved, and any message addressed to you.

How is a document or clarification added after sending?

After verification, the tracking panel offers a field for a clarification and one further attachment. What you add joins the same request under its reference rather than opening a new one, so an addendum stays with the document it amends.

Can catalogues or technical data be requested before a quotation?

Yes. Choose “Catalogue request” or “Technical information request” in the first step and name the equipment family, and the relevant material is sent without any obligation to request pricing. Many procurement teams start here, to build the specification before the tender is issued.

Holding a conditions document or a bill of quantities?

Start a structured request and attach the technical documents that let our team review what you actually need.
