Describe the problem and get a quote built on the site, not the catalogue

A quotation request here is not a form we pass to sales. It opens a short study: we read your operation, your floor area and the type of work, then reply with a quote that names the family, the model and the configuration. A “paint booth” with no dimensions and no heat curve is not a quotation. It is a guess with a price on it.

How the request works

Empty workshop hall with yellow floor markings for equipment positions and a laser level on a tripod
  1. 1

    Select your industry

Automotive repair, collision, dealership, fleet, plant, fuel station, joinery. The industry sets the operating conditions the configuration is built on.

  2. 2

Select the equipment family and quantity

Paint booth, lift, prep station, AC service unit. If you are unsure of the exact family, pick the closest one and describe the problem in the notes.

  3. 3

    Add the site specifications

Floor area, clear ceiling height, available electrical supply, and the type of work that recurs most. These fields are what separate a precise quote from a generic one.

  4. 4

    Receive the quotation

We review the request, call back if anything needs clarifying, then issue an itemised quote covering supply, installation and commissioning with a schedule. Requests reach a single inbox that is reviewed every working day and do not sit in a general sales queue; replies are ordered by how much the stoppage affects your operation

What makes your quote more accurate

None of this is mandatory, but it is the difference between a reply tomorrow and a reply after a week of correspondence. Put it in the notes field if there is no dedicated box:

What passes through your facility

Saloon cars? SUVs? Buses? Timber furniture? Industrial parts? The type of part sets the internal dimensions before anything else does.

Target daily throughput

Ten vehicles a day calls for extraction capacity and a heat curve that three vehicles a day does not. Throughput is priced in; it is not added free of charge later.

Site constraints

Ceiling height, floor area, available supply, and whether a pit exists or an entry ramp is needed. An unmentioned site constraint stalls more projects here than anything else.

Project stage

Is the site ready, under construction, or still an idea? We work with all three, but the quote differs — and telling us you are at study stage gets you advice rather than an invoice.

If you have a workshop layout, put its dimensions in the notes. There is deliberately no file upload field on this form, so send the drawing over WhatsApp after submitting and we will attach it to your request.

The form

Request a quotation

The product category field changes with the industry you select, so families that do not serve your operation never appear. Every request lands in a single mailbox reviewed daily.

Questions about quotations

Does requesting a quote commit me to buying?

No, and there is no charge for it. Its purpose is to tell you precisely what you need and what it costs so you can compare with confidence. We would rather you compared our quote against others than bought while unconvinced.

Can I request more than one family in a single quote?

Yes, and for a complete workshop that is the norm rather than the exception. List every family in one request so we can issue an integrated quote with a single supply and installation schedule, instead of separate quotes that do not talk to each other.

What if I do not know which model I need?

That is the case in most requests. Describe the problem and the site, and we will name the model and the configuration inside the quotation. Model selection is our responsibility, not a burden we hand back to you.

Do you handle project and government tenders?

Yes. Large projects are handled as a full project quotation with a supply and installation schedule. We meet qualification and procurement requirements as each project defines them, and the required documents and certificates are provided on request

How is this different from the contact form?

This form asks for industry, equipment family, quantity and site specifications, so the request arrives classified and ready to price. The contact form is shorter and suits a general enquiry or a quick question.

Fill in what you know. Do not wait until you know everything

An incomplete request beats a postponed one. Send what you have and we will ask about the rest.
