Engineering basis
What makes the difference day to day
Steel-wire synchronisation
A steel wire mechanically ties the two columns together, holding both sides at the same height even under an off-centre load — protecting the vehicle and giving the technician a stable platform.
Ratchet arm locks
The arms lock automatically on a built-in toothed ratchet, and one handle on one side releases the locks on both columns.

How it differs
How the SHL-2-245L differs from its closest model
This model shares its capacity (4500 kg), lift height (1990 mm), motor power (2.2 kW) and cycle times with the 3700 mm version.
The difference is that this model uses a twin-cylinder chain drive with steel-wire synchronisation, while the 3700 mm model is the compact version with a direct cylinder drive and no chain. Both have toothed ratchet arm locks.

FAQ
Frequently asked about the SHL-2-245L
What is the rated lifting capacity?
4500 kg with a 1990 mm lift height.
How is side-to-side level maintained?
A steel wire ties the two columns together mechanically, on a twin-cylinder chain drive.
What power supply does it need?
A 2.2 kW motor on either 380 V or 220 V, depending on configuration.
How does it differ from the 3700 mm model?
Capacity, height, power and cycle times are identical; this model uses a twin-cylinder chain drive with wire synchronisation, while the 3700 mm model drives directly without a chain. Both have ratchet arm locks.
