INTECH PURE 500 prep station with supply and exhaust fans
The top prep room in the family: a 4 kW supply fan pushes air into the ceiling plenum and a 4 kW exhaust fan draws it out through a full-grille base, each at 15,000 m³/h and 800 Pa, inside a 6900×4000×2650 mm room with PVC curtains. Aimed at the workshop that wants managed supply air rather than air drawn in from the workshop alone.

Engineering basis
What makes the difference in daily operation
Supply and exhaust on two fans
On the PURE 200 and 360, an exhaust fan alone draws air from the workshop. Here a supply fan pushes 15,000 m³/h into the ceiling plenum and an exhaust fan draws the same volume out through the floor, so the airflow in the room is controlled at both ends.
A full-grille base
Five grille rows across the whole base spread extraction over the entire floor, so no corner is left where dust settles around the part.
