Tire Service & Wheel Alignment Equipment — Micro-Precision Geometry, Extended Tire Life
A tire bay that services with precision, not guesswork, wins driver trust and cuts roadside failures. We equip you with 3D high-definition aligners, digital dynamic balancers, and tire changers built for run-flats and heavy trucks — all selected for Saudi conditions.
Supply Scope — What This Family Covers
The Tire & Oil Service Equipment family covers the machines every tire service point needs — from a neighborhood tire shop to an authorized dealer network and a heavy-haul fleet depot. We don’t ship a generic catalog; we match the machine to your daily volume:

3D High-Definition Wheel Aligners
Cameras with passive reflection targets — no batteries, no cables, no fragile sensors. Measures camber, caster, toe, KPI/SAI, and thrust angle. Cycle time and vehicle database size vary by model and are set out in the quotation.
Digital Dynamic Wheel Balancers
Laser-guided weight placement behind spokes, automatic rim dimension capture, and a short balancing cycle. Weight accuracy and rim size range vary by model and are set out in the quotation.
Professional Tire Changers
Passenger & Performance: Tilt-back column with dual pneumatic assist arms, alloy/chrome rim protection, handles Run-Flat & Low-Profile.
Commercial Truck & Bus: Electro-hydraulic, with powered lift and rotation for heavy wheel assemblies and a wireless remote. Rim size range and maximum wheel load are set by model in the quotation.
G5 Automatic Digital Tire Inflators
Automatic pressure purge fail-safe, internal moisture filter, and a vandal-resistant weatherproof housing — built for fuel stations and fleet yards. Pressure range and measurement accuracy are set by model in the quotation.
Calibration, Training & Spares
On-site laser calibration using certified reference rigs, technician training on multi-link suspension and SAS calibration, local spares stock (clamping jaws, target plates, pressure transducers, air cylinders).
After-Sales — Service, Parts, Technical Support
Field engineers in Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam. Fast, practical, professional response that resolves the issue and keeps the customer satisfied. Optional preventive maintenance contracts. Consumables from local warehouse (balancing weights, tire changer jaws, target plates, pressure sensors).
Industries Served — Different Configuration for Every Operation
The same machine can serve different industries, but configuration determines viability. The table shows what actually changes:
| Industry | What changes in configuration |
|---|---|
| Automotive Repair | Fast 3D aligner + laser balancer + dual-assist tire changer — quick service cycle that keeps the bay moving |
| Collision Repair | High-accuracy CCD/3D aligner + balancer for post-frame-straightening verification |
| Auto Dealers | Express-lane line (3D aligner + balancer + inflator) — DMS integration |
| Fleets | Light-truck sizes + per-vehicle tire consumption tracking |
| Car Rental | High turnover — quiet balancer + fast inspection + pre/post rental tire condition reports |
| Fuel Stations | Self-service G5 inflator + quick pressure check + compact oil dispenser |
Configuration Range & Installation Requirements
Choosing the right unit starts from three questions: What’s the largest wheel you’ll service daily? How much floor space is available? What power and air supply does the site have?
Largest wheel size
From motorcycle sizes to heavy-truck sizes. The machine is selected on the largest size you service daily, with margin above it; the rated range for each model is on its specification sheet.
Service space around machine
The aligner needs a clear vehicle-length run in front of the camera tower. Balancer and inflator need a limited footprint. The truck changer needs the widest footprint plus a crane path. Exact dimensions are on each model’s installation drawing.
Electrical supply
Aligners, balancers and inflators run on a single-phase supply. Hydraulic truck changers require a three-phase supply. The rated power draw for each model is on its specification sheet.
Compressed air
Tire changers and inflators run on shop compressed air, from a dedicated compressor or a central air line. The required pressure and flow for each model are on its specification sheet.
Site requirements
Clear height sufficient for the camera tower and for handling large wheels. A level floor — flatness is a condition of accurate readings, not a construction detail. Adequate ventilation. Waste-oil drainage per municipal code.
Installation & commissioning: fast turnaround for standalone machines, and a practical schedule for an integrated service line (3D aligner + balancer + tire changer + inflator), coordinated to minimize downtime.
Frequently Asked Questions About Tire & Wheel Alignment Equipment
What makes 3D camera alignment systems superior to traditional sensor-head systems?
3D systems use passive target plates with zero electronics — no batteries, no dropped-sensor damage, no calibration drift. High-speed cameras capture geometric displacement instantly, so measurement and diagnosis complete in one pass.
Can your tire changers safely handle stiff run-flat tires without rim damage?
Yes. Our tire changers are equipped with multi-point pneumatic assist arms and polymer tool heads designed specifically to manipulate low-profile and run-flat beads smoothly, eliminating the excessive manual leverage that commonly scratches custom alloy wheels.
How frequently should 3D wheel aligners and dynamic balancers be recalibrated?
We recommend annual calibration checks, or immediate inspection following any physical impact or building layout alteration. Our field engineers use certified master calibration rigs to verify and restore factory tolerance baselines on-site.
What warranty period applies to tire & oil equipment?
The equipment carries the original manufacturer’s warranty, which our published terms state is the sole and exclusive warranty, and we pursue the claim with the manufacturer on your behalf. Its duration and conditions are set out in the manufacturer’s documents and in the quotation, by model and machine type. It does not cover consumables such as filters, belts and lamps, nor misuse or unapproved modification. Routine maintenance after final handover is the operator’s responsibility; we offer it as an optional service we carry out for you.
Do you supply spare parts and consumables locally?
Yes. Our Riyadh warehouse stocks: clamping jaws, plastic rim protectors, optical target plates, air cylinders, pressure transducer modules, balancing weights (clip-on & adhesive), bead breaker blades — immediate availability within the Kingdom.
Does this family cover truck sizes as well as passenger vehicles?
Yes, but with two different machines, not one. The passenger machine works from a tilt-back column with pneumatic assist arms; the truck machine works hydraulically, lifting and rotating a heavy wheel assembly. Mixing them leaves you either short of your largest size or paying for more machine than your daily work needs. Tell us the largest size you actually service and the recommendation is built on that.
