Booth Electrical Power Range: What Moves the Figure

Booth Electrical Power Range

A power figure on a specification sheet is often read as a fixed property of the product. In this family it is a range, and where a booth sits inside it is a consequence of earlier decisions rather than an independent input.

The booth electrical power range delivered here runs from 11 to 50 kW on a 380 V three-phase supply, set by size and configuration.

What raises the figure inside the range

What moves a booth inside the power range
FactorEffect on power
Internal sizeA wider chamber means more air to move and heat
Air capacityDelivered range 18,000 – 190,000 m³/h per set
Heating systemElectrically driven systems sit higher in the range
Filter classA higher class raises resistance and fan demand
DoorA powered door up to 14,200×5,000 mm adds load

Why supply is asked about before size

Booth selection starts from three questions, the third being the electrical supply available on site. Fixing an internal size beyond what the existing supply carries turns the project from booth supply into booth supply plus supply upgrade — a difference in both schedule and cost.

The relationship to heat output

Electrical power and heat output are two different figures read together. Heat output delivered runs from 200,000 to 600,000 kcal/h and measures heating performance. Power in kilowatts is what the installation draws from the supply.

Frequently asked questions

Where does an INTECH model sit in this range?

INTECH models are built on a 6900×4000×2650 mm internal cabin, and each model has its own page with full specifications. The range above describes the whole family including built-to-order booths.

Is a higher figure better?

A higher figure means a larger chamber or a heavier configuration, not better performance at the same size. The measure that matters is power matched to the size and configuration required, not reaching the top of the range.

Does power change with frequency?

Frequency is two published values, 50 or 60 Hz. Power follows size and configuration as stated in the range, not frequency.

What should be sent to estimate required power?

Send the dimensions of the largest part to be coated, the coating in use, and the supply capacity available at your site. The internal size is fixed first, and the configuration including power is then built on it before manufacture.
