Aero Component Coating Oven: Arranged for Hanging, Not for Entry

Aero Component Coating Oven

Coating a structure and coating a component differ by more than scale. A structure enters the cabin and stands in it; a component is hung or conveyed inside it — and that changes how the cabin is arranged.

So an aero component coating oven sits closer to an industrial cabin than to an airframe chamber: size follows the part, and the cabin is arranged to hang or move parts inside it.

Size follows the part, not a vehicle

In the delivered industrial configurations the range starts at a 3000×3000×3000 mm cabin for powder coating curing and extends to 5700×3700×3000 mm for industrial baking ovens and above. That is where most individual components sit, not in the large-structure range.

The heat curve is the second decision

Size first, curve second. Published heat output in this family runs from 200,000 to 600,000 kcal/h, and the required figure is derived from the coating type and the cabin volume together rather than from either alone.

Five heating systems are delivered in the family, among them the heat pump and short-wave infrared — the choice follows the coating type and the cost of energy on site.

Frequently asked questions

Is the same cabin used for powder curing?

Delivered work includes powder curing cabins starting at 3000×3000×3000 mm, a configuration that sits within the published range for this family.

How is internal size fixed for components?

From the part dimensions plus the technician working space around it, then the hanging or conveying arrangement is added. The site survey precedes the fix.

Does filtration differ from a structure chamber?

Filter class is set with the configuration by size and by type of work, not after installation. Published for the family are stop, pre- and ceiling filtration at EU3, EU4 and EU5.
