Equipment is bought once and stops more than once
Service and warranty for what we supply
A booth never fails at a convenient hour. It fails with a vehicle inside and a customer waiting. We know that moment well, and this page sets out exactly what we do when it comes.
Scope
What this service covers
The service follows what we supply. We service the equipment we sell, and that is one of the criteria by which we choose it in the first place.

Breakdown response
Taking the report, diagnosing it, then deciding whether it is handled on site, needs a part, or goes back to the manufacturer. Most work is done on the client site; some parts may need to be removed, serviced at our workshop and refitted
Preventive maintenance
Routine maintenance after final handover is the operator’s responsibility, and what we offer here is an optional service that takes it off your hands: clearing air paths, replacing filtration, and checking electrical and pneumatic safety circuits. By running hours, offered under a renewable annual maintenance contract or on request
Manufacturer warranty claims
Following the claim with the manufacturer on your behalf instead of you corresponding with them, because the supply record sits with us. The warranty is the manufacturer’s, on the term and conditions set out in their documents and in your quotation — we issue no parallel warranty of our own. It does not cover consumables such as filters, belts and lamps, nor faults caused by misuse, neglect, unapproved modification, or voltage fluctuation and poor wiring.
Equipment record
What we supplied you is on file by model and date, so a service request starts from information rather than from zero. After every service visit you receive a written record of the work done.
How it runs
From report to close-out
You send the request
From the form below, with equipment type, model, approximate supply date and a description of the fault. The request arrives tagged as a service request in an inbox reviewed daily, and never enters the sales queue.
We diagnose
We read the request against the supply record and decide whether it is a phone fix, a site visit, or a part.
We close and document
The repair is carried out and the report closed. Reports are ordered by what the stoppage costs you: a machine fully down comes before a planning enquiry.
Where this service stops
We would rather you knew where this service stops before you need it than after.
Field service is based in Riyadh and covers cities across the Kingdom: we come to your site wherever the equipment sits, and visit arrangements and cost are set with the request according to location and the nature of the work.
Equipment that did not come through our supply is a different case: we hold no record of it and can guarantee no part for it. We take it on under an annual service contract, and limit that to large companies and dealerships — because servicing a machine with no supply record needs a contractual frame that fixes scope and parts, not a one-off request.
Anything falling under the manufacturer’s responsibility is referred to them, and our role there is follow-up rather than repair.

Why is the service request form separate from the quote form?
Because the two requests run on different clocks. A quote starts a study of sizing and configuration and runs for weeks; a service request starts with stopped equipment and runs for hours. Merging them puts the urgent one behind the study.
Do you service equipment you did not sell?
Yes — under an annual service contract, and for large companies and dealerships. A one-off request on equipment outside our supply we do not take, because we hold no record of it and cannot vouch for its parts.
What is the warranty term and what does it cover?
The warranty is the manufacturer’s, on the term and conditions stated in their documents and in your quotation, and it is the only warranty provided. It covers repair or replacement of the defective part, and excludes consumables such as filters, belts and lamps.
How long does a service request take to answer?
The request arrives tagged as a service request in an inbox reviewed daily, carrying your equipment details from the supply record, so the technician starts from information rather than an introductory call. Reports are ordered by the cost of the stoppage: a machine fully down comes before a planning enquiry.
Is the service available outside Riyadh?
Yes. The base is in Riyadh and field visits cover cities across the Kingdom, wherever the equipment sits. Visit arrangements and cost are set with the request according to location.
The booth is down and the compressor is running — where do I start?
Start with the form, not the call. The form arrives tagged as a service request with the equipment details, so the technician starts from information. Then call if it is urgent.
