INTECH CR 360 two-tower chassis puller for collision work

A 5600 mm pulling bench with a measuring ruler and two hydraulic-controlled towers of 10 t each, driven by compressed air at 0.6–0.8 MPa and moving around the vehicle through 360°. The base model of the family, for the workshop that pulls the structure from two points.

Key features

What the standard supply includes

  • PCB-33 bench, 5600 mm long, with a measuring ruler
  • two hydraulic-controlled pulling towers at 10 t each
  • compressed-air operation at 0.6–0.8 MPa
  • 360° pulling range around the vehicle
  • frame laser-cut from a single 10 mm plate
  • clamps suited to cars, trucks and SUVs
  • hydraulic tilting lift platform with support legs, 4000 kg capacity

Engineering basis

What makes the difference in daily operation

Two towers around the vehicle

The two towers move around the bench through 360°, pulling the structure from the front, rear or side at two points at once, which covers collision repairs where the damage is worked from two directions.

A tilting platform for drive-on

The hydraulic lift platform tilts so the vehicle drives on, then rests on support legs during the work, with a 4000 kg capacity; the ruler on the bench lets the structure points be measured before and after pulling.

How it differs

How the INTECH CR 360 differs from its nearest model

The INTECH CR 500 is the same structure with four towers instead of two, pulling the body from four points at once.

The INTECH CR 700 carries the four towers on electro-hydraulic operation instead of compressed air.

The 5600×2100×520 mm bench, the 10 t per tower and the 4000 kg lifting capacity are the same on the CR 360, CR 500 and CR 700.

FAQ

Common questions about the INTECH CR 360

How many pulling towers does the INTECH CR 360 have?

Two hydraulic-controlled towers of 10 t each, moving around the bench through 360°.

Does the CR 360 need compressed air?

Yes. It runs on compressed air at 0.6–0.8 MPa, plus a 220/380 V electrical supply.

What are the CR 360 bench dimensions and weight?

The bench is 5600 mm long, 2100 mm wide and 520 mm high, and the unit weighs 2000 kg.

Which vehicles can the bench hold?

The clamps suit cars, trucks and SUVs, and the lift platform is rated at 4000 kg.

When is the CR 500 chosen over the CR 360?

When the repair needs the structure pulled from four points at once; the CR 500 is the same structure with four towers.
