Engineering basis
What makes the difference in daily operation
An open bay that does not cap part size
The station is an extraction and filter cabinet at the end of the bay, and the part comes in from the open side. No wall limits its length and no curtain needs hanging, and the bay stays usable for other work when no prep is running.
Pressure enough for the exhaust run
The centrifugal fan develops 800 Pa, which keeps extraction steady through four ducts and an elbow to the end of the run, while the fibre layers hold sanding dust and the activated carbon treats vapours before exhaust.

How it differs
How the INTECH PURE 120 differs from its nearest model
The PURE 200 is an enclosed 6900×4000×2650 mm room with PVC curtains, a rear wall and a high-efficiency ceiling plenum, on a 4 kW turbine fan.
The PURE 360 and 500 are down-draft rooms on a metal base, the second with both supply and exhaust fans.
The 15,000 m³/h air capacity is the same here as on the fan of the enclosed PURE rooms.

FAQ
Common questions about the INTECH PURE 120
Does the PURE 120 need walls or curtains?
No. It is an open station: an extraction and filter cabinet placed at the end of the bay, with the part coming in from the open side.
What is the air capacity of the PURE 120 prep station?
15,000 m³/h from a 5.5 kW centrifugal exhaust fan at 800 Pa and 900 rpm.
How are vapours treated on the PURE 120?
By an activated carbon layer after the multi-layer fibreglass filters, so volatile vapours are treated before they leave through the ducts.
How does the PURE 120 differ from the PURE 200?
The PURE 200 is an enclosed room with curtains, a rear wall and a high-efficiency ceiling plenum; the PURE 120 is an open station with fibreglass and activated carbon filtration. Both move 15,000 m³/h.
What electrical supply does the PURE 120 need?
5.5 kW on a 380 V, 3-phase, 60 Hz supply.
