The filter that never arrives stops the booth

Parts and filters for what we supply

Equipment with no available spare is not cheap equipment; it is equipment on deferred downtime. Which is why we judge a machine before buying it by one question: can we service it after the sale?

Scope

What this track covers

Supplying parts and filtration for the equipment we delivered, by the model on our record rather than by approximation.

Spare-parts store with new air filters and ceiling filter rolls, and the paint booth visible through the doorway

Filtration

INTECH X300 and X360 booths run on dry fibreglass filtration that traps airborne overspray before it reaches the exhaust path, and it is a consumable replaced on a cycle rather than on failure. By running hours, and it differs between the primary, ceiling and floor filters — filters are typically replaced twice a year as part of preventive maintenance

Mechanical and electrical spares

Fans, dampers, exchangers and control-circuit components for the equipment supplied. Spare parts and filters for the equipment we supply are held in our warehouse; anything not in stock is sourced within days

Matched by model, not by appearance

Our supply record carries your unit’s model, so the part is ordered by its number rather than described — and that alone saves rounds.

Local availability

What can be stocked locally is stocked, because a part arriving in a month does not solve today’s problem. Spare parts and filters for the equipment we supply are held in our warehouse; anything not in stock is sourced within days

How it runs

From request to delivery

01

Identify the part

You send the equipment model and a description or photo of the part, and we match it against the supply record.

02

Confirm availability

We tell you whether it is held locally or has to be ordered. Spare parts and filters for the equipment we supply are held in our warehouse; anything not in stock is sourced within days

03

Delivery and fitting

It is delivered, or fitted during a service visit where removal is involved. Fitting is a separate line from the price of the part, and is quoted with the request.

Where this service stops

The track follows the catalogue we supply, not the spare-parts market at large.

We do not sell parts for equipment outside our supply, because we cannot vouch for the match and hold no record of it — except under a standing annual service contract with a large company or dealership, where the contract fixes scope and liability.

And parts a manufacturer restricts to its official agent are ordered through them rather than through us; our role there is follow-up.

Prices are not listed here because they follow model, quantity and lead time — we quote against your own unit.

Questions about parts and filters

Are parts held locally or ordered from abroad?

Spare parts and filters for the equipment we supply are held in our warehouse; anything not in stock is sourced within days

How often is a spray booth’s filtration replaced?

Filtration is a consumable replaced on a cycle set by running hours and workload, not on failure. By running hours, and it differs between the primary, ceiling and floor filters — filters are typically replaced twice a year as part of preventive maintenance

I have a unit from another supplier — will you sell me its filter?

Not as a one-off. Parts follow what we supplied, because the match is built on the supply record. Under an annual service contract — available to large companies and dealerships — parts fall within the contract’s scope.

How do I find the part number?

You do not need to. Send the equipment model and a description or photo of the part, and we match it from the supply record.

Is there a published price for parts?

No. Price follows model, quantity and lead time, so it is given in a quote built around your own unit.

Need a filter or a part?

Send the equipment model and a description of the part, and we answer with availability and lead time.
