Chassis Pullers & Body Repair Equipment · INTECH CR 700
INTECH CR 700 electro-hydraulic chassis puller, four towers
The CR 500 structure with its four towers — a 5600 mm bench with a measuring ruler, 10 t per tower and a 360° pulling range — on electro-hydraulic operation instead of compressed air. Built for the workshop that does not want the puller tied to the air line, or wants hydraulic pressure that does not follow the compressor.

Engineering basis
What makes the difference in daily operation
Electro-hydraulic instead of air
An electric hydraulic pump feeds the towers in place of compressed air, so pulling pressure is not affected by what other workshop tools draw from the air line, and no air line has to reach the unit.
Four towers on one bench
Four towers of 10 t each around a 5600 mm bench pull the structure from four points together, and the ruler on the bench lets the structure points be measured before and after pulling.

How it differs
How the INTECH CR 700 differs from its nearest model
The INTECH CR 500 is the same four-tower model running on compressed air at 0.6–0.8 MPa.
The INTECH CR 900 tops the family: a wider 2280 mm bench with tilting and vertical lifting to 1080 mm, and every lifting and pulling function on a wireless remote.
The 5600×2100×520 mm bench, the 10 t per tower and the 4000 kg lifting capacity are the same on the CR 360, CR 500 and CR 700.

FAQ
Common questions about the INTECH CR 700
Does the INTECH CR 700 need compressed air?
No. It runs on an electro-hydraulic system and needs a 220/380 V supply.
How does the CR 700 differ from the CR 500?
Only in operation: electro-hydraulic here, compressed air on the CR 500. Tower count, bench and pulling force are identical.
How many pulling towers does the CR 700 have?
Four towers of 10 t each, with a 360° pulling range.
What are the CR 700 bench dimensions and weight?
The bench is 5600 mm long, 2100 mm wide and 520 mm high, and the unit weighs 2000 kg.
What is the lifting platform capacity?
4000 kg, on a hydraulic tilting platform that rests on support legs during the work.
