INTECH PURE 360 prep station with down draft and metal base
The same room as the PURE 200 — 6900×4000×2650 mm, PVC curtains and a full ceiling plenum — but here air falls vertically from the ceiling and is drawn out through a full metal base, by a 4 kW turbine fan at 15,000 m³/h. Aimed at the workshop that wants sanding dust carried downward, away from the part, rather than sideways.

Engineering basis
What makes the difference in daily operation
Down draft instead of rear draft
Clean air falls vertically from the ceiling plenum over the part and leaves through the grille in the base, carrying sanding dust and primer overspray downward instead of across the part towards the rear wall.
A metal base with two grille rows
The full metal base carries the vehicle and spreads extraction across two rows of grille, while the rest of the base is embossed plate that a technician can walk on safely.
